Early check-out times and heavy luggages

Last week, during my walk to home from university, I came across the yellow “Urban Locker” sign right at the heart of Old Street.
This made me think about the times I struggled with carrying my luggage while traveling. The check-out times of hotel rooms and Airbnbs have always been quite early and I often find myself thinking about what to do with my bags and luggages until my flight.
Cities offer travelers "left luggage" services at airport and train stations. However, I thought that Urban Locker is particularly different because it's located at the heart of the city and next to the Old Street underground station, which makes it easier to access.
These lockers are available to make our travels easy but I wonder if there could be ways for our luggages to get to the airports or train stations without us worrying about where to leave them. Can we find a way to make these lockers even more efficient? For example, can these lockers be coupled with delivery service that sends your bags to the airport you are headed off to?
